FSU did receive a letter from AFSCME dated October 26, 2020, which included preconditions on their part, for AFSCME to return to the table. We responded to that and are awaiting their response. So far, we have had conversations with the union five times. We’ve responded to the union’s last request. We also have a meeting scheduled with the union on Wednesday, Nov. 11, to discuss health and safety matters.

Subsequently, the Allegany County Health Department, based on the results of contact tracing, provided the guidance to quarantine the rest of the team. Practice had already been suspended after the positive results were received.
