FSU Breaks Ground for Education and Health Sciences Center

Frostburg State University broke ground on Friday, Aug. 28, on its newest academic building, the $80 million Education and Health Sciences Center. The building is scheduled to open in fall 2022.

This new learning space will house programs in the College of Education and the health professions. It will provide technologically based classrooms and state-of-the-art learning environments for teachers, educators, nurses, health professionals, and the growing fields of exercise and sport science and athletic training. The building will be connected by enclosed pedestrian spaces to the Cordts Physical Education Center and the Lane University Center.
